Lenovo IdeaPad S10-2 Released Soon!
The Lenovo IdeaPad S10-2 will be available on Lenovo.com in the coming days. This is Lenovo’s update to the previous IdeaPad S10. The IdeaPad S10-2 improve the previous netbook keyboard and a redesigned chassis. The 10-inch netbook still use Intel Atom and Windows XP combo, but its standard six-cell battery makes it a real competitor for just $349.99.
The glossy cover is now adorned with a new pattern and the system is thinner and lighter than the previous. Lenovo IdeaPad S10-2 will be available in pink, black, gray, and white. The keyboard now expanded to 89 percent that of a full size laptop and a larger Shift Key. Lenovo’s QuickStart instant-on operating system and its VeriFace facial recognition software will be embedded on each Lenovo IdeaPad S10-2.
Lenovo IdeaPad S10-2 will use Intel Atom N2170 processor, 160GB hard drive, 1 GB of RAM, 802.11bg wireless and Windows XP Home. One model with a Sony Ericsson 3G and 802.11bg will be released this summer for $399.99. All models of Lenovo IdeaPad S10-2 will come standard with a six-cell battery.
