Dell Inspiron 14 Launched!

Dell Inspiron 14 is launched quietly this weekend. The 14-inch Inspiron 14 is already listed on QVC for a price of $899 (pre-configured version). But you can get it starting at $449 on Dell.com.

Dell Inspiron 14 has several options, you can choose your processors either Intel Celeron, Pentium Dual Core or Core 2 Duo options. You can also add your RAM up to 8GB while the harddisk capacity can go as high as a 500GB 7,200 rpm drive. Inspiron 14 uses six-cell battery, but you have option to choose nine-cell battery. On Graphic Card, Dell Inspiron 14 uses Integrated Intel GMA 4500MHD, but users can upgrade to ATI Radeon HD 4350 graphics with 512MB dedicated memory starting July 23.

Another Dell Inspiron 14 upgrade options include a facial recognition 1.3-MP webcam, Bluetooth, and a DVD burner that can reads Blu-ray discs. You can choose seven colors: Ice Blue, Obsidian Black, Cherry Red, Alpine White, Jade Green, Passion Purple and Promise Pink. Other specs that’s not upgrade-able: five pounds weight, ExpressCard/34 slot, VGA output, 3 USB ports, 7-in-1 memory card reader, Ethernet jack, and headphone and mic ports.
